If my understanding of the question is correct then no, I don't think you can have multiple save files on one profile. I'm not sure, but maybe if you had a second profile on the Switch and opened the game there, you could start a new game without it affecting your initial save on the other profile, but that's about the best you could do. 1. Though if you have the Master Trials DLC pack and have access to master mode that does give you a second seperate save file you can start a new game in each account. Though that second save file will in master mode so keep that in mind
