Don't know if this might help, but I did find a thread that mentioned (splice pack) sp423 -- a bunch of grounds packed together on the rear crossmember just behind the fuel tank (and damned difficult to get to). Apparently, corrosion of this pack can even cause engine misfire codes. The ground goes through this connector (large black wire). There should be two large black wires next to each other in that connector. Pull it apart and perform the same inspection. If you have verified no power to the blower connector, check the Ign&HVAC relay. If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins.
