I think the commission was 42% plus tips. Most clients tip appropriately. Still a few that don’t tip at all. Most of the clientele are snobby Williamsville women that think they’re better than you. Some of management is decent. A couple of the managers are passive aggressive, rude and fake. Owners are great people.
