Aug 24, 2009 · Now the answer, I found out that the horn relay is in a block of six relays called the Accessory Relay Center. It is located on the inside fire wall almost directly below the fuse panel. I accessed it by taking out the left side speaker on the dash board. Accessfreightliner had a diagram to show which one of the six relays was the horn relay.

Edit: for anyone else looking to fix this issue here it is. After I posted this I remembered the 800# for Freightliner. Called them and was told that this is a known issue and it is the multi switch. It apparently isn't grounded correctly and causes this issue.
