I've always felt a little cheaty to be able to go an entire season without sleep to no detriment (as long as I save regularly and keep myself out of harm's way) so I was trying to think of a way sleep deprivation could be incorporated into the game without too much change. If you don't sleep at night then the village will continue to use resources, so sleeping at night is advantageous since your village won't be using resources while no one is working to replenish them.
