While other brands, such as TC Electronic, MXR and Keeley, offer boosts of upwards to 30 db, the Benson boasts a modest eight db. What it is is a phenomenal always-on pedal to add some vintage germanium warmth to your tone without the downsides of past germanium pedals.

Fender Vintera II 70s Telecaster Bass MN VWT. Only issue I see is the tort guards look cheap, but that is easily replaced.
