My new position outside of USAA made me realize I was doing the work of 2 - 3 people. Can't say the grass is greener in every situation, but it is in most. It's so much better not living in constant fear! USAA should change its core values from honesty, loyalty, integrity, and service to accountability, fear, metrics, and attrition.
